Un nuovo campo nel quale lo studio si sta ultimamente specializzando è legato alla voglia di dare nuova vita ai vecchi borghi e paesi presenti nell'entroterra abruzzese. Molti di questi paesi sono quasi completamente spopolati ma presentano delle realtà naturalistiche uniche ed eccezionali. La sfida che ci stiamo proponendo come studio è quella di cercare di dare nuova vita a queste zone avvicinando la nostra committenza ed i vari clienti interessati a queste realtà proponendo dei pacchetti "chiavi in mano". Ci occuperemo di tutto noi dalla scelta dell'immobile più adatto alle vostre esigenze, alla trattativa con i proprietari fornendo assistenza durante le procedure di acquisizione, alla redazione del progetto e all'intervento di restauro e recupero.

Attualmente stiamo concentrando i nostri sforzi con quello che mi piace definire "borgo pilota" ovvero il comune di Bisegna. Il comune di Bisegna si trova al centro del parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, uno dei parchi più antichi ed importanti d'italia. Si trova in una posizione strategica in quanto non molto distante da Roma (dall'uscita dell'A24 - Pescina si trova a soli 20 KM) quindi facilmente raggiungibile con qualsiasi mezzo e ad un tiro di schioppo dalle piste da sci di Pescasseroli.
(Currently we are concentrating our efforts with what I like to call "pilot village" or the town of Bisegna. The town of Bisegna is at the center of the Abruzzo National Park, one of the oldest and most important parks of Italy. It is located in a strategic position as not far from Rome (exit A24 motorways - Pescina is only 20 KM) then easily accessible by any means and at a stone's throw from the ski slopes of Pescasseroli.)

In questo comune sono presenti numerose abitazioni in disuso, vecchie stalle e fienili quasi tutte con porzioni di terreno circostanti e di proprietà esclusiva che si prestano ad essere ristrutturate ed essere vissute come case di vacanza. I restauri e le ristrutturazioni che saranno eseguite cercheranno per quanto possibile di mantenere le tradizioni e l'uso dei materiali originali quali pietra, legno massello, coppi originali recuperati e restaurati combinate con le piu moderne tecniche per il risparmio energetico e domotica creando un ambiente moderno ma caldo ed accogliente.
